Jeff Dorman is the chief investment officer of arca. He was previously the Chief operating officer of the Harvest trading platform. He also worked at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and others, and spent 13 years as a trader and portfolio manager on Wall Street. He graduated in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
