Margaret Rosenfeld is the Chief Legal Officer of Everstake and was previously the Chief Legal Officer of Cube Group, Inc. She has over 26 years of experience in corporate, financing, strategic, and securities law. Previously, she worked at Deltec International Group, K&L Gates, and other international law firms. Margaret is the co-founder and chair of K&L Gates’ global digital assets, blockchain, and cryptocurrency practice and has been active in the cryptocurrency industry since 2015. She served as Honorary Consul of Germany to North Carolina from 2014 to 2021 and holds a law degree from George Washington University.
